What happens if my application is approved?
If your application is approved, you will be asked to sign your agreement, typically via an electronic signature, immediately. You can also review your application details and log into your account to sign the loan agreement at a later time.

In some cases, we may need to mail the loan agreement to you for signature and return. We will inform you of the process once your application is accepted.

Your order will be processed only after we receive confirmation that your application has been approved and you have signed your agreement. You will not be able to take any items until this confirmation is received, at which point you will receive a digital receipt from us.

What happens if my application is declined?
If your application is declined, djkit.com will provide you with a “How We Decide” guide and offer alternative payment methods.

How much time do I have to repay my loan?
We offer repayment terms of 6, 12, 18, 36, or 48 months, depending on your selection.

Can I cancel my order if I paid with DJ finance?
Yes, you can cancel your order in accordance with our refund and cancellation terms and conditions. If you cancel, Donkey Finance will ensure your loan agreement is cancelled.
