Mortgage Introducer information
Most of our introducers are:
- Looking for help with placing a case.
- Needing support with processing a case or cases.
- Dealing with finance on an infrequent basis.
You will have one contact point at the company who will be responsible for and will own all aspects of your case from start to finish.
We pay commission on the day of completion, usually before we receive payment ourselves, and normally at the same percentage rate or higher than most brokers would receive if they themselves went directly to the lender.
We can have as much or as little interaction with your client as you prefer; however, most introducers like us to handle the whole process, which is also our recommended option. Most importantly, however, the client always remains your client. We will not cross-sell or contact them at any time in the future or for any reason unless you specifically ask us to do so.
